At KEEN, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new gear isn't a perfect fit, you can return unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to initiate the process and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our system and securely attach it to your original shipping box.

  Drop Off Package

  Take your package to any authorized carrier location; be sure to keep your tracking receipt for peace of mind while the shipment is in transit.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
